Event Logistics

A private farm venue for gatherings of up to 60 guests.

UP TO 30 GUESTS

For smaller gatherings, HFLA can provide much of what you need to bring your event together, including:

• Use of the farm space and kitchen for a seated meal

• Tables, chairs, dishes, and other HFLA rental inventory

• Cleanup fee included in the rental price

• Additional costs apply for harvesting produce from the garden

Event insurance is required for all events. We’re happy to provide suggestions for coverage.

Additional rental hours are available for an hourly fee. All events must conclude by 9pm.

30–60 GUESTS

For larger gatherings, HFLA can recommend trusted third-party vendors for:

• Tables, chairs, and other event rentals

• Staffing

• Cleanup

• Additional event needs

Event insurance is required for all events. We’re happy to provide suggestions for coverage.
